Solar Storms Abound!

As promised, this is the more lengthy astrocast for April, May and June of this year, looking at it from the perspective of each sign Aires through Pisces.  Many events are going on in the heavens these days and in addition to the solar storms, we have planets acting up and causing some turmoil. This is not to say that there is a disaster at hand, instead it is to keep you ‘on your toes’ and will allow your consciousness to soar. Remember to always read your Ascendant (rising sign) first, your Moon second and your Sun sign last when reading general monthly reports.  Stay tuned to other events that we will bring you here through this very important year of 2012.  Some highlights for this month are in order of importance: (dates may vary due to location)

Mercury will turn direct on April 3^rd in the sign of Pisces and moves slowly on into Aries…things will improve around April 12^th so give it some time to exert its influence.  (Mercury never ventures more than 28 degrees from the Sun)

Venus will be retrograde from May 15^th until June 27^th  in the middle of Gemini, affecting again Gemini and Sagittarius.

Mars will turn direct Saturday April 14^th to the pleasure of all Virgos since it has basically gone through the sign of Virgo since January the 23^rd.

Saturn will continue in retrograde motion in the latter degrees of Libra and will finally exit slowly when He turns direct June 25^th.  Hopefully all the late degrees of Libra have learned the lessons this ‘time honored’ old giant has tried to teach you.

Pluto will turn retrograde on the 10^th of April in the sign of Capricorn and will not turn direct again until mid-September. There is a major Pluto squaring Uranus activity which applies to a world situation as well as personal experiences accordingly.

Neptune will turn retrograde in Pisces, its ruling planet, on June 4^th until the 10^th of November.

We will have a Solar Eclipse in the 0 degree of Gemini May 20^th which will bring some changes along to Gemini and Sagittarius.

A Lunar Eclipse will occur on June 4^th in at 14 degrees of Sagittarius, affecting both Sagittarius and Gemini.

Aries

Aries will have great changes to deal with the next few years and as of now, these changes are coming rapidly and keep the adventurous Aries on his/her toes for the time being.  Health issues, around stress and anger management, need to be watched. This is not a time where one can be impulsive and explode in the moment just to make a point.  It is time to give you plenty of alone time so that you are rested and make wise decisions. There may be unfinished business in the area of finances and investments that need to be looked after so that you do not lose the monies you have gained thus far. Toward the middle of the month you will notice a more positive outlook on the financial future.  Your relationships have been suffering the last few months with poor communication and even poorer intimacy issues so it might be time to look into yourself and find a way to improve those matters or you will find yourself, again, alone and not able to function well without a partner.  Traveling might be an option to lighten your load toward May and June and it might give you a new slant on things.  If you are not thinking of traveling, then engage in some new adventure that will use your mind and develop a new sense of self, especially in the spiritual world.  Your friends and family may be your saving grace for the next few months so bring them closer into your inner circle and feel blessed that they are still around and able to be supportive of you and your endeavors.  Take special care of filing your taxes this year and make sure you check all of your expenses honestly and thoroughly.  If mistakes are made it will be because of carelessness and too quickly calculated so take your time.  All in all, this is a time for you to pay close attention to what you are doing, especially in partnership with others, marriages, businesses and families.  You will learn lessons from this time in your life that you never thought possible!  Learn to meditate and honor your quiet time in ways you have not done up until now.

Taurus

Taurus is very busy these days, seemingly indispensable to those around you, especially in the business sector.  Your charm and magnetism are doubled while Jupiter visits your sign so make the most of it for the next couple of months, just don’t overdo it and become too obnoxious.  Watch your flirtations as they might bring you more trouble than you were counting on in the area of romance and commitment.  Are you ready for a commitment now?  Really think about it.  Pay close attention to cosmetic situations, especially around the teeth and make sure you are taking good care of your teeth and gums.  It might also be helpful to adjust your sleep habits and find out if you are getting enough REM sleep.  Getting plenty of oxygen in your sleep helps you to dream more comfortably and gain knowledge through your dreams.  If you are a smoker, please consider quitting as you are, as a Taurus, putting your health at great risk.  The fixed signs have more of a tendency to addict, whether those addictions are drugs, food, alcohol, exercise…you name it!  You might find that traveling and learning more advanced mental activities will help you through these times. You are gifted in the critical thinking department and have some creative urges that need to be met, maybe in writing or developing an art of some kind more fully and energetically. Do not procrastinate on any of these things as they will only snowball into more problems.  As long as things go well around you, you tend to bury your head in the sand about any problems that are not considered crisis.  These, too, need to be dealt with so they don’t become volcanic in nature.  Enjoy those around you, not as possessions, but as companions and loved ones.

Gemini

Life has been a roller coaster for Gemini’s however situations will become clearer and clearer as we move toward your birthday.  There might be some new experiences on the rise that will give you more opportunity to do what you love to do, rather than what you ‘have’ to do.  Take care of any medical issues that come up, no matter how minor or serious they are so that you can operate at full capacity the remaining part of the year. You will need your wits about you.  There might be some changes in relationships and you might have hooked up with someone from the past, very serendipitously.  Watch for those signs in relationships when your heart pitter patters and you don’t know why!  Work situations have been mind boggling and somewhat of a problem. You might be doing too much to make your superiors happy and, in doing so, you have made yourself indispensable and therefore stressed and unhappy, not doing what you want to do, but what you ‘have’ to do.  It is time to take an accounting of what brings you joy and passion in life. Can you remember those feelings?  Gemini resonates very well with others when communications are fulfilling; when they aren’t, then all hell breaks loose.  Gemini’s will find that their siblings are giving them a hard time about something that is ‘close to home’, so it might be time to have a major family intervention.  It might have to do with family estates or money involved in the investments made within the family.  In either case, plan wisely with investments for the future and start saving any extra money that comes your way.   Your dreams are telling you about your future and are resolving past issues so pay close attention to your dreams and what they are saying to you; maybe even keep a dream journal so you can reflect on these very important times in your dream world.

Cancer

Changes are happening all around you and if there is anything you hate worse is ‘unexpected’ change.  You have gained and lost in the last few months and it hasn’t been easy, plus you are also getting worried about something your partner is doing or not doing, whether she/he be intimate other or a business partner so it is time to take a true accounting of your concerns before you look like you are having some kind of ‘melt down’.  You know best what your body and mind needs however you are working against yourself in ways on your best friend will know.  Get some support in some of the decisions you are making or at least ‘trying’ to make and think in the affirmative before taking any action.  You have had some major considerations around home/living matters and it might be time to either finish up a renovation or at least feng shui your space so that you are a happier person.  Your thoughts and intentions can be accessed by using some intuitive measures to guide you, like meditation, prayer or returning to a more spiritual plight.  You have a great deal of energy in the next few months, the type of energy that helps you make good decisions, so don’t let the past few months color a sort of negativity around you that will hinder your excellent mind and decision making processes.  You have been fortunate to have money set aside and will find that you are secure in the financial sense of the word….all problems seem to be around emotional and intimate connections.  You might want to consider a new routine and handle supervising or managing others at your work place in a much more efficient and welcoming manner.  Your health needs tweaking, especially around your teeth, bones and flexibility so make sure you are watching what you are eating and drinking so as to handle any inflammation that would build up a fungal reaction in your body.  You might want to consider going to a doctor on integrative medicine so that you can figure out what is causing all the ups and downs in your mood swings these days.  Above all else, remain calm and life will improve on all accounts.  Your partner will appreciate your new optimistic view and you can move forward with a lovely vacation after your birthday!

Leo

Leos are doing some major soul searching these days as to what brings them joy, peace and passion in life.  Money issues have been of a major concern for the past couple of months but all that is getting ready to make a change and the next few months may bring rewards beyond your wildest dreams, that is, if you have affirmed those positive ideas in the ways that will allow you to be open to receive, which is also attached to your ‘willingness’ to change some of the fixed notions you have had the last few months around your negativity.  You have been also dealing with matters around vehicles, communications and family matters, all of which will settle down the next few months and you will be on your way to more relaxation and enjoyment….necessities in the life of a Leo.  You must get in touch with your sense of authority and look at how you treat people and expect them to treat you….these issues may come up in a way that causes you to find a counselor that can help you integrate your ideas about fame, authority, power and especially self-esteem.  You cannot control others, but you can control yourself and that is really all you can hope for.  If you have a positive and affirmative attitude regarding your own ambitions, everything in your life will fall into place and you will be surprised at how your goals will be met.  Some Leos will be having problems with aches and pains, not to mention problems that only a dentist can fix so it is time to see about those minor, but annoying things going on in your body.  You have been asked to be the listening ear to many problems from friends and family and now it is time for you to ‘listen to yourself’ and take your own advice to heart.  Boundaries, healthy boundaries are important to acquire so that you are not stressed beyond your capacities.  Your dreams tell you a lot and will be able to help you get in touch with your ‘heart’s intentions’ if you will only listen and maybe even keep a journal to remind you later of this very important time in your life.  From April 15^th on, life will get on a much better keel and will show you new ways of handling your life and the problems that come up. You will make it no matter how much you stand ‘in your own way’.  You were meant to be a leader in all things, so try out your leadership skills with grace the next few months and see if you can change your attitude in a more positive and affirmative manner.

Virgo

Virgo has been on a roller coaster, emotionally, physically and mentally for the past few months so you will have somewhat of a reprieve the next several months, not that you will give up your fretting, analyzing everything and picking at yourself, but less so, much less so, thank God!  The next few months will be a time of expansion in your businesses and your relationship with the ‘intimate other’, that is if you do not obsess about either one…let things flow more naturally and imagine yourself having all that you want, rather than obsessing about what you don’t want. The miracle in all of this is that if you really focus on any one thing with a great positive attitude, it will come your way, but if the slightest worries and concerns send you into a negative spin, you won’t get what you want as you become your own worst enemy.  You are probably involved with some Piscean influence in your life, either through partnerships, dreams, meditations or getting in touch with your own ‘magic’ and your ‘projections’.  It is a great time to enjoy the movies, the dramas on TV and let those things live themselves out through your imagination….taking the major ‘soap opera drama’ of your life out of the mix in ‘real life’.  Plan accordingly, each day, making notes and lists of what you are going to attain for the day and see to it that you are benefitting yourself in some way, rewarding yourself for you incredible perseverance and hard work, which borders on workaholic behaviors.  Your creativity will be at your maximum the next few months, so please take advantage of that and make some beautiful project come to fruition. You can multi-task like no other so it might be several projects that will be finished and you will be astounded at the results.  It is also time to sock away some cash in savings or planning for that ‘rainy day’. Investments you have made with your own energies might become cash at hand, so be thankful and see that you budget this savings into your long term account.  You might be considering new transportation so it might be wise to look at vehicles that suit you and that reflect who you are to some degree.  Make sure your communications are direct and clear and not confusing to the receiver. You will be amazed at how much more smoothly your life will be when you are clearer about your path and your wishes.  Above all else, take it easy on yourself and follow a natural path of diet and exercise.

Libra

Librans are finally getting over their ‘lesson-learning’ time and are on to greater things.  It has been a hard two years, but also a rewarding one as the Libra has learned to make hard decisions and then live with those decisions.  It will be best to sensitize to those around you and really listen rather than project what ‘you think’ too quickly. Sometimes problems around you can only be solved by ‘listening ears’.   You might want to consider staying away from too much sugar and alcohol for the next few months and get more in touch with your cravings so that you don’t have health problems stemming from this time, not to mention heart problems or diabetes if you have this tendency in your family.  Make sure to eat healthily and well and also realize how much it might save on fast foods and processed foods, as your savings account needs nurturing as well.  Your partners, both personal and professional may be going through immense changes and it is somewhat confusing to you, but, hey, you don’t have to follow suit with those changes, just learn to go with the flow and relax into a new routine and exciting possibility.  You will find that monies will be more available in the next six months, possibly through inheritance or some investments that surprise you.  Make sure that you are reporting everything properly for the IRS so that you don’t have to take on an audit in the next year.  You will be at the top of your game in your profession and may even take on other responsibilities that will add to your resume and to your fame and fortune later on.  If you are a baby boomer, it is time to think of retirement in a comfortable yet disciplined manner and get in touch with that great Libran peace of mind that is so prevalent in your older years.  You have deserved every opportunity to live a full life and now is the time to set these things in motion.  If you are still young, it is also wise to think of how you want to live out your next fifty years in some form of financial stability.  Be careful to give your partner equal responsibility for the future as well and don’t take all the credit. You are about ‘equality’; remember?

Scorpio

The Scorpios are out and about making ‘hay while the sun shines’ as the old saying goes.  You are calling in your markers and making sure all your bases are covered.  There is a need for freedom, travel and new experiences which have been haunting you the past few months and you will see a window of opportunity especially after April when you can do just that!  Your sharp and intense perception has caused you to ruffle a few feathers because you also have a sharp and intense way of communicating these to others.  You can be charming when you want something but mostly you see under all intentions and can find fault with the slightest situation.  Your creativity has been at a maximum level and your ability to share this with others, including your children if you have them, is greatly appreciated.  Money and the earning, savings, investing of money will be getting a lift in May and will continue throughout the year with a watchful eye on your part. There may be somewhat of a snafu toward the first of June, but you will handle it and get over it.  Friends have been waiting on you to have some fun and good times again so it might be wise to plan being with friends and enjoying their company….you tend to take life too seriously at times and then you become somewhat of a ‘drag’. Get over it!  You have been really soul searching lately and paying attention to the messages coming to you through dreams and reflections.  It might be a good idea to write these things down and get ready for Saturn to move into Scorpio later in the year….this will bring about a two and a half year soul searching mania and disciplines needed to be put in place so might as well get started on it without all the pressures of Saturn hanging out in your department.  Certain things about you have to change and these changes will cause your outer environment to change as well, in the areas of relationships, work and home.  Get ready…it is always a good idea to be prepared so there are no surprises.  You are a sharp cookie, so keep sharpening up!

Sagittarius

Sagittarians are having their ups and downs, almost like a roller coaster.  Changes seem to be happening daily, so much so that their heads are spinning at the end of the day.  Many new opportunities will be presenting themselves this summer, especially after the eclipses the end of May and beginning of June, so keep your eyes open and make sure you read the signs with the best of your intuition.  Making, spending and investing monies have really been a focal point this year, and now it is time to take an accounting of what all this means and you are the only one who derives meaning out of all of this activity.  You are a multi-talented individual and now it is time to focus in on a few of your more excellent qualities to capitalize on these.  You have been concerned about how you handle your own authority in decision making processes; this needs to be tweaked in a big way, always remembering to honor your own decisions before others close to you. Boundaries and appropriate friendships have been a discerning factor since January and you might have had to retreat from loved ones and people who are your best friends, just so you can find yourself in the process. Meditation, prayer, solitary activities have been important in order for you to self-reflect and get a handle on how you are perceived, not only by others but by yourself as well.  Finding solitude in your home might also help you rearrange your immediate environment to feng shui with your current energies.  Also going to some more rituals, yoga, church, drumming, Native American types of activities will help in getting you back to your ‘center’.  You are a creative gypsy at heart and dancing and music might be of great help to you, even belly-dancing might increase your love life and get you in touch with more of your instinctual self.  Remember you can only give to others with the same regard you give to yourself so focus on your internal processes and learn to love unconditionally!

Capricorn

Capricorns have been unsettled by the mood swings of late and are learning how the other signs might be more emotionally involved in their lives that they, as Cappy’s have been.  It is important to remember that above all else Capricorns must save ‘face’ to those around them and they cannot show their more vulnerable underbellies even though their families and loved ones know them well.  Getting intensely involved in a new project or a new study of some kind may take the ‘heat’ off of the moment, but, at the end of the day, what is left for the Capricorn to confront about the internal workings of their own emotions and feelings?  Much of the private life of a Capricorn is unknown to those around him/her, however you can rest assured that he/she will be trying to handle the intense changes that are about to cause a sense of ‘overwhelm’.  The ability to foresee changes and be prepared has always been the ‘saving grace’ of most Capricorns and now, those boundaries seem to be threatened.  If this is not happening to the Cappy, it is happening to the partner or in the business partnership to some degree so you can’t get off the hook on this one.  Changes need to occur in the way you handle your life and the ‘allowing’ of energies to come forth inside of yourself in order to be ‘at peace’ to some degree.  You might find that your blood pressure or health, in some way, fluctuates greatly and that is because when we don’t confront our unconscious, it usually shows up in the body, through addictions to drugs, alcohol, food, work, you name it!  See if you are being honest with yourself about all of this, or you might ask your partner if he/she sees where you might be able to help yourself.  This is your most intense time and it is for you to confront the very issues in your life that keep you from feeling successful and useful to others and by others.  There might come a time during the summer when you need to have a minor surgical procedure, so don’t put this off, get it over with and all will be well.  If you postpone health issues, they only grow to be a monumental hurdle in the future.  Make sure that your investments are secure and that you are prepared for the next ten years or more. That is where your talent lies in saving, investing and security needs.  You will see that you have a handle on the future if these things are taken care of and you will find that your family can survive the 2012 phenomena all the way around.

Aquarius

Aquarians have been less confused about their purpose and what path they are on; they really have a handle on what to do next to manifest the positive sides of their lives.  Money situations will improve greatly along with the ability to ‘receive’ and ‘allow’ money to come into your possession for ‘any’ reason, not just ‘according to your plan’.  Your dreams will be manifested when you get out of your own way and allow the universe to be your guide; your dreams, your fantasies and above all your fate.  It might be wise to decide on how you will invest this windfall when it comes your way and even more so, how will you save it for a rainy day, retirement or for some trip you have been looking forward to….all possibilities are on ‘go’.  It is time to pay attention to what you have been ideally trying to create the past ten years and be open to those ‘creations’ to come forward in a big way, leaving more room for growth beyond your wildest imaginings.  You have had some issues around partnerships of late and it might be time for you to be ‘exacting’ in contracts, either written or verbal, as to what to expect from those partners. This goes for loved ones as well, so that you do not get taken advantage of, but instead can operate with honesty and commitment from all sides.  You have had a tendency to ‘see only what you wanted to see’ even when others tell you the truth of what is happening. Now, you are ready to accept the truth and move forward.  Make sure you are eating properly and at the right times and not using food as an addiction or as something that will ‘slow you down’.  You might have to take many short trips in the near future and so it will help if you take special care to have a vehicle that can manage the number of trips you need to take, this same aspect from the stars also affects communications and it might be that you have to settle up with members of the family who have not really been there for you.  You cannot be everything to everybody and I think you have learned that lesson well the past few years, haven’t you?  You might have to take care of a loved one or a parent who is in need of care and tending. This will be something that is not going to slow you down so much, as it is to force you to plan and move forward with care and patience.  Your partner, if you have one, is concerned about finances and ability to save for retirement. The money will be there, but it will take some maneuvering on all participants in the plan.  You will have a very productive next three months so stay tuned!

Pisces

Pisces is following his/her star to the finish line. It is time for the creativity in the Pisces to come forth into a reality.  You are not just a ‘dreamer’ you are a manifesting ‘principle’ at this point in time.  You have put many factors in your life ‘on hold’ and now it is time to move forward; this goes for health, emotional welfare, confrontations with partners, etc.  You have the ability now to get specific as to what you need in your life to make you successful in any endeavor so get started and the way will be cleared by you and for you the middle of April onward.  Your partner is confused by you and has not treated you well, but now there is no question as to who you are and what you want so makes sure your partner understands this well and does not leave you out of any equation that involves the partnership.  You probably need to handle some health issues you have put on ‘hold’ and those things need to be addressed in the next couple of months…..it is difficult to diagnose symptoms of a Pisces so it always best to get several professional opinions as to which course to take.  Be very cautious with alcohol or any drugs in the next few months as well or all of the good things you do will be sabotaged by your efforts if you become a ‘user’.  Your family needs you to be clear and exact about decisions involving their futures as well, so don’t cop out and act as if the decision making processes don’t include you. They do and you know that!  You can set your boundaries straight and be for ‘yourself’ and for ‘others’ as long as you understand the difference.  If you are considering a separation or divorce at this juncture of your life, please hold off until you are sure all bases have been covered, counseling, spiritual help, communication and intimate issues.  You have isolated yourself from some of the more meaningful things happening around you and it will take some time for you to see things as they ‘really are’ rather than how you ‘want them to be’.  Take care to see you have creative and solitary time to yourself each day as that will be necessary to manifest your dreams and creativity into realities!
